Booking Process *

Terms & Conditions – Payment Policy - Payment Schedule The remaining balance will be divided into three equal installments, which must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the trip’s start date. - Early Bird Pricing An initial “Early Bird” package price will be offered. This discounted rate is available for a limited time and will increase by 10% between 60–90 days prior to the trip’s start date. - Reservation Agreement By clicking the box and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Your reservation is considered secure only upon receipt of your deposit. An invoice reminder will be emailed prior to the final date when the complete payment is due. The tour price is in US dollars. If paying with another currency, your credit card will be charged the current exchange rate available at the time of purchase. PAYMENT OPTIONS 1. Credit Card via the A Culinary Society website (aculinarysociety.com) Here you will be provided with options to pay by credit card using a secured site. Once on the site, select the specific tour, select double or single occupancy, select 1 or 2 persons, select amount, enter credit card information and complete. Once a deposit or full payment is made via A Culinary Society website, an electronic confirmation of the booking and payment will be generated and sent to you directly. 2. ACH Direct Bank Payment via payment link on invoice 3. Check made payable to “A Culinary Society” Mailed to: A Culinary Society 168 Highway 274 Suite 107 Lake Wylie, SC 29710 Once guests have reviewed, completed, signed and returned all the required documents to Trish Ellington at trish@aculinarysociety.com along with having paid a deposit - the tour booking is complete. Please return all completed documents within 7 days.

Cancelation Policy *

CANCELLATIONS MADE BY GUESTS For cancellations made 30 days or less from the date of deposit payment (Deposit of 25% or 50%) • Guests will receive a 100% refund if you choose to cancel your travel plans, less any processing fees. For cancellations made after 30 days from the date of a deposit being paid and before 90 days prior to the start of the tour • Guests who paid 25% or 50% deposit upon booking the tour: This deposit is now non-refundable. However, it may be used as a deposit for a different A Culinary Society journey within one year from the travel start date of the initial tour booked. This option is based on the availability of a second tour and at the discretion of Trish Ellington, CEO & Founder of A Culinary Society. • Guests who paid the full amount upon booking the tour: A Culinary Society will refund 50% of the amount paid, less any processing fees. The remaining 50% of the amount paid may be used as a deposit for a different A Culinary Society tour within one year from the travel start date of the initial tour booked. This option is based on the availability of a second tour and at the discretion of Trish Ellington, CEO & Founder of A Culinary Society. - For cancellations made 90 days or less prior to the start of a tour will result in the loss of the full amount paid for the tour. Exceptions to this Cancellation Policy cannot be made for any reason, including personal emergencies. There is no partial refund for leaving a tour early or arriving late. If you anticipate any reason that you may need to cancel your reservation on our tour, please consider travel insurance.

Image, Likeness, and Voice Release *

All travelers hereby grant NotBad Productions™, its affiliates, agents, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use images, likenesses, and voices as captured in photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during travel experiences, for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes in any media, now known or hereafter developed, without compensation. I/we waive any right to inspect or approve the final use and release NotBad Productions™ and A Culinary Society from all claims, demands, or liability related to such use.
