With more than three decades in hospitality and experiential travel, Trish has built a career centered on relationships rather than transactions. As Founder and CEO of A Culinary Society, she curates intimate journeys hosted by local hospitality professionals across Europe, the Caribbean, and beyond, each designed to foster curiosity and meaningful exchange. Trish’s team is now made up of sommeliers, photographers, cigar specialists, and digital marketers to ensure the overall guest experience is elevated on all levels.

As Christmas season approaches once again, I couldn’t help but to recall that moment and think of it as a highlight from my Switzerland journey; something that didn’t seem real came to life in my hands and provided a joy that I hadn’t really ever thought possible. I have since brought that experience home with me and now roast chestnuts over a fire during the holidays, sharing that joy with my friends and family.

Experiences age well. We continuously revisit stories and photos, and reflect on the moments that defined it.

Now, we’re excited to share something new. Starting in October 2025, we’re setting our sights on some of the most inspiring places in the world. Our very first expanded journey takes us to the rolling hills and timeless kitchens of Tuscany, Italy—and that’s just the beginning.
